Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your results; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your beauty products, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
